How many inches can you add on in a penis enlargement?
A male friend of mine was wondering how many inches can be added after penal enlargement. Is there scarring? How much? Does it function normally after procedure? After affects? Sensation the same after? Any answers would help him understand better.....if you have any further info, it would be greatly appreciated as well.

Surgery offers the only permanent solution for enlarging the penis. It can usually be enlarged by just over 1 inch. This increase is achieved by releasing the ligaments of the penis that extend into the body. This procedure involves severing the ligaments that hold the penis in its usual position and this allows the penis to descend. Weights or stretching devices are then used for a few months post operatively to effect a permanent increase in size. The procedure may result in scar tissue that reduces the overall effect. The erection will point down after this procedure and the base of the penis will be hairy.

No penis enlargement tool works and are dangerous to use. Enlargement using surgery sometimes can have the opposite effect and decrease the natural sensitivity. It is always best to be thankful for what you have, it is not size that matters but how you use it.

you mean surgical enhancement?
it can add 1-2" but it is highly dangerous and can result in a scarred mishsapen penis that does not function well
better off learning to use his tongue, hands and penis well

Why bother! Just keep it natural! The enlargement may have unintended effect on you and may need to have a clip to stop the leak,watch out. Size does not matter just how you do it and give a good pleasure to your partner.

How large is yours? How old are you? If you are early in your puberty, ask the doctor for a blood test for a testostorone level. If you are low ask him to give you the shots to bring up the level. If you are at the end of puberty, then accept what you have. God and family genes gave it to you. Measure your erect penis, from its base to the tip of your glans. It you are 4"-5" that is normal. If 6" you are to be congratulated. The statisfaction of your partner doesn't depend alone on your size. Good foreplay, mutual masturbation, oral sex, stimulating her clitoris with the the glans, holding, caressing, kissing, etc. are all part of the sexual relationship. Of course intercourse is important but not the only thing.
As far as penile enhancement is concerned, don't waste your money for a 1/2" gain. Surgery can be dangerous. Anyway girth is more important than length. Her vagina is very flexible.
