try tying weights to it and let hang for couple minutes till you can work up to an hour; increase weight; start doing "lifts". consult your doctor. you should add 2-4inches when you do that.

Aside form erection and natural growth, nothing makes the penis bigger. Erections are temporary, and natural growth is unaffected by your actions (short of maby castration- but that has the effect of shortening the penis...)
