What is the best remedy for temporary impotence aside from viagra, cialis and similar drugs?
My cousin is suffering from temporary impotence. I called it temporary cuz its the effect of the medications that he's taking for his hypertension and heart condition. He does gets erection at dawn while sleeping but not during sex with his wife.
What's your recommendation guys?
