There are no safe ways to do it. Sometimes the surgery causes loss of sensation which results in impotence. It is better to keep what you've got and make it work. There are always risks when you have surgery. Any scheme, pills, exercises etc are just to make money. Good luck

There are exercises that do work are are safe just search the web and be patient as it can take some people up to 6 months to start growing.
