Sorry, the truth is that there is nothing you can do to permanently increase the size of your member. The size of your member is pre-determined by genetics. Exercise and masturbation will not do it. You can buy all the products you wish but you will only be throwing your money away. It isn't the size that matters, it is how you use it.
You have one option, if you are of legal age, you can always go to an adult novelty store and purchase a penis extender to temporarily increase the length and/or a penile sleeve to increase girth.
If you are not yet 21 years old, you are not done growing nor is your penis. Medicine will tell you that you need to wait until 2 years after you stop growing to know what size your penis will be as an adult. So, you probably won't know that information until you are 23. For more info:

All you can do is lose weight and shave the bush to make it appear longer. There is of course surgery but I don't think penis length is that serious unless you are under 4.5 inches.
