I thought about Jelqing, and did a couple of sessions but got bored and gave up. Im sure it works, but im too lazy to spend 6 months exercising my single barrelled pump action shot gun

Some people might tell you that they have. Truth be known they don't work. Whatever you've got is all you'll get. Just get used to it and learn how to use it well.

I've never bought any myself, but know a couple of guys who have bought things.
There is a pump-like tool that you can buy at any sex store or on line. You simply insert your erect (hard-on) penis inside the tube, which seals against your body, then you pump out the air and it makes your penis expand about 20 percent. But it's not permanent--only lasts long enough to have intercourse or to get it off masturbating or sucking it.
Frankly the guys that I've seen use it, their inflated penis' look weird and all reddish when they take the pump off. I wouldn't use it myself.
But the basic question should really be--why do you want to enlarge your penis anyway? Are you too young to have grown a full-sized one yet, or are you in high school or college and just think your's isn't big enough? The size won't affect your sexual pleasure--believe me. Smaller ones can be jacked off or have very pleasureable intercourse just as much as big ones. Be happy with what you have!!

my fiance has ed. we have found a product called maxsize at our local shop and if taken everyday has helped. also his doctor recommended a ring, and that works really well. but do not use for more than 20 min.

Most, if not all, products being offered are crap. Don't bother spending the $30 - $200 for their gimmicks. There are natural ways to increase your length and girth. Try jelq'ing, it takes a while from what I've read but sounds like it's worth it. I just started 2 days ago myself. Been researching it for a week or so now. There's plenty of sites on the net that you can read about it. Just put "jelq" in your favorite search engine. Surgery is definitely not the way to go. They just cut a ligament which has a high risk of complications.
