What kind of exercises make you loose weight and what kind helps your respiratory system? In school we learned about how different types of exercise helps you loose fat and other kinds of exercises that helps your breathing but doesnt help you loose as much weight. I was curious about which kind of exercises do what. Please give examples of what kinds of exercise helps you loose fat. I already know what helps your heart. Thanks!

Best Answer All exercises are not created equal. Interval workouts have been shown to burn fat at a much higher rate than regular aerobics. A routine that includes interval and muscle building exercise that work the big muscles to failure, are best. 2 times lifting, 2 for interval.
