What exercises can I do in 30 minutes that are the most effective and efficient?
I have 30 minutes to work out in my gym. I'm looking to burn fat, and I've already done the elliptical/treadmill/bike exercise. What are the best weight or machine exercises that I can do that are the most effective in that short span of time?

Do a a quick circuit and if you have good form do compound movements. Move from one exercise to the next taking little to no break. Something like: squats, chest press, lat pull down, leg curl, flies, and rows. Six exercises and you hit your whole body. In and out quick.

You pretty much have the best ones for cardio ...if you have time or can swimming is great ...but the best would be the treadmill ....I wouldnt know what else to tell you unless you are trying to build muscle you have already got the good ones here ...: )

My trainer always told me running is the easiest way to burn calories. Not walking, running, the faster the better. And after my experiences, I do agree very much.

The best way to burn fat in your workout (assuming you use the treadmill or elliptical first) would be to do push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, etc. in rapid succession with little or no break in between.

running , weight lifting , resistance training , yoga , anything really , swimming , not like swim around the pool with your family swimming but, laps , swim laps . go to the gym with some friends , play some hoops . ride the bikes at the gym . combo of pushups , sit ups , crunches , toe ups , and stretches .
