Best Answer It is not caused by over-masturbation, well not unless you are masturbating more than 10 times a day.
your problem is coming from another source. I'd suspect stress levels, diet, sleep patterns and all the everyday things we tend to ignore doing properly. When you allow yoru general health to fall, then yoru sexual health goes down the tubes right along with it.
So switch to eating lots of nutritious food including fresh fruits and veggies. get the right amount fo sleep every night. get lots of fresh air and sunshine. and get outdoors and be active whether playing sports or biking or walking; anything to get yrou blood circulating better. and if school ro work or family are stresssing you out, go deal with the root causes; don;t avoid them; that only makes for more stress.
All Answers Answer 1 this happened to me while having sex at 17! i was drinking alot at the time and i think that contributed to it, so if u drink alot u may want to keep that in mind, but on the bright side im fine now i cudnt get an erection for about a week and couldnt maintain one for atleast another week, the left me with two weeks not feelin like a man lol but it was just a phase so dont worry u'll be over it soon 2008-06-14 15:11:29
Answer 2 Try to stop doing it! I know it will be difficult to stop, but I think your libido will get better if you do! 2008-06-14 15:11:33
