He can refer you to a child psychologist to find the cause behind this

who says you are you might be upset over something and it can have an effect if you are having problems go to the doctors they will sort you out

First it depends how young you are if you are too young then your body might not be develop enough to get it "hard". Most young guys try too hard to act grown up but their body just isn't ready.
